The space

Our apartment is comfortable and ideal for families, as we use it frequently and it is fully equipped. It features a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, mixer, blender, iron, ceiling fan, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms: one is a suite with a double bed and the other has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. It is perfect for accommodating families and small groups. The condominium's Wi-Fi is available for guests.

Guest access

Guests can use the apartment, the leisure area following the condominium rules detailed in the "House Guide," and the parking space assigned to the apartment. Access to the condominium is via a paved road. To get there, enter the road on Rua 23 (parallel to Rua 21, next to the Garotão supermarket - Sapé), go to the end, turn left, and after 50 meters you will arrive at the location.
