Do you manage the entire development or only some units?
Both. Ideally the whole development runs as a single operation, but we also manage individual floors or a group of units.
How long until the first bookings?
It depends on the stage of the property and the number of units. With design and fit-out by Bnbz Decor, units are ready in 90 to 135 days, and the launch is phased.
Do the building’s bylaws need to allow short-term rentals?
Yes. We check the bylaws before launch. If they don’t allow it, the units can run as furnished monthly rentals only.
Can short-term and monthly rentals be combined?
Yes. Monthly rentals hold up revenue while short-term demand ramps up. The simulator shows the recommended mix for your case.
How do I track results?
Through the owner portal, in real time, with a monthly statement for each unit.
